Instructions for Newly Enrolling Students

Enrollment will begin March 1st, 2008. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at admissions@miripiriacademy.org
To enroll your child for the 2008-2009 school year complete the following steps:
- Click here to complete the online application form and pay the INR 4000 Application Fee.
We will email confirmation and contact you to set up interview.
- Fax a copy of your child's school transcripts.
- Complete interview process.
We will email you to indicate whether your child is eligible for enrollment. If eligible, we will send a personalized Enrollment Contract and a Policy and Liability Release Agreement for your signatures.
- Sign and fax the Enrollment Contract and Policy and Liability Release Agreement.
We will acknowledge receipt via email.
- Pay Security Deposit and Registration Fee.
We will acknowledge receipt via email and issue a Letter of Acceptance with your child’s unique enrollment number. This number is necessary to apply for a Student Visa with the Indian Consulate. You will also receive instructions for travel arrangements, completion of the enrollment process and the official packing list.
After your student is accepted, the following steps remain:
- Apply for Student Visa with the Indian Consulate.
- Book your child’s travel to India as per instructions received.
- Fill out online Registration Completion forms, including Visa and Travel details.
We will acknowledge receipt via email.
- Pay all fees due in accordance with your Enrollment Contract.
We will acknowledge receipt via email and admit child to campus upon arrival.
Important Notes:
If you will be applying for Financial Aid, your Enrollment Contract will be sent after Financial Aid decisions are made.
A Late Enrollment Fee of INR 9750 will be assessed to anyone who does not complete the online Registration Completion forms prior to the August 1st, 2008 deadline.
